We want you to love your Tuff City Radio merch. Here's what you need to know before placing your order.
Print-on-Demand Products
All of our apparel and accessories are printed on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or colour variation from screen to print.
We include detailed size guides on every product page — please take a moment to measure yourself before ordering. When in doubt, size up.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we've got you. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at kim@tuffcityradio.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
What We Can't Cover
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Colour differences due to screen settings
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
